Living with us
Relocating to a new country can sometimes be a cultural adjustment, so to make sure you and your neighbors get along we advise you to read our general house rules and what’s expected of you as a tenant in Sweden.
Report a fault
Is the drain blocked? Is the window stuck? Did something break? Before reporting a fault of any kind, please read the maintenance notes.

What is included in the rent
We offer furnished and unfurnished apartments. We have two different packages, basic and fully furnished, read more here. Each apartment is unique in what is included in the rent and all information is visible in the advertisements.
How do I book an apartment
You fill in your declaration of interest about the home in the ad. We will get back to you as soon as we have the opportunity.
Is it possible to book a viewing
We refer to our digital material and our virtual viewing via the advertisement. If information is missing, we can book an appointment for viewing.
Payment
Rent and deposit must be paid in order to hand out keys on the day of access. It is possible to get access to the apartment in the middle of the month, payment is regulated depending on the number of days. Rent is paid monthly and must be paid in advance on the 27th of each month.If you have any questions regarding your invoice, email ekonomi@vivamusapartments.se
Can you rent as a private person
We work exclusively with corporate bookings and we therefore need written approval from your employer that they take responsibility for payment of the accommodation.
How do I book a parking space
If the apartment does not come with a parking space, we recommend visiting Göteborgs stad website about residential parking here.
Can several people live in the apartment
The number of people for whom the apartment is suitable is stated in the advertisement. Only those who appear in the rental agreement are allowed to live in the apartment. You may have visitors in the apartment without giving notice.
Can you do laundry in the apartment
All apartments have access to their own washing machine, if there is not one in the apartment there is access to a laundry room.
Does your home not include electricity
Termination of lease
When terminating a rental contract, this must be done in writing via the website under rental issues.
Cleaning service
We can offer cleaning service when moving out for a fee. If you want to do this yourself, you will find a checklist here that must be approved during the inspection. If the apartment is left uncleaned, this cost will be charged.
- Clean windows
- Clean and wet-dry floors
- Wipe or dust walls
- Clean moldings and plinths
- Kitchen furniture such as cupboards, benches, stove, oven, fridge and freezer etc. must be cleaned of dirt and grease
- Stove, fridge and freezer must be pulled forward and cleaned, also behind
- In the bathroom, tiles, porcelain, mirrors and bathroom cabinets must be cleaned
- The shower area must be scrubbed and the bathtub must be pulled out for cleaning
- Water traps and floor drains must be cleared and cleaned
- Basement and attic storage must be emptied and cleaned
- The balcony and patio must be cleaned before moving out
- Remember that mild detergents are better for the environment
