Living with us
As a resident of Vivamus Apartment, we wish you to show respect and consideration towards your neighbours and surroundings. The tenant who have signed the contract are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the rules of order are followed by both you and by your guests who visit the property.
- Staircases, entrances and basement passages must be kept clear. This is mainly for fire safety reasons. Furthermore, it also facilitates and improves cleaning. Shoes and doormats must therefore be kept inside the apartment. Prams are stored in pram storage/bicycle storage or in the apartment.
- Painting or renovation is not permitted.
- Any damage caused by the tenant’s negligence or mishandling is charged to the tenant.
- The tenant is responsible for having working fire detectors/smoke alarms in the apartment. Furthermore, all tenants must have home insurance.
- A smoke-free environment contributes to healthy, pleasant and sustainable living for you and your neighbours. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on any balconies and in all public areas. Please smoke outside the plot line and do not throw your butt on the ground.
- Grilling on balconies or patios is not permitted. This is partly because of the risk of fire and partly because the smell from the barbecue smoke disturbs other neighbours.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash and must not rest on the property’s premises.
- It is not permitted to shake carpets from the balcony or window.
- Respect and follow the rules regarding the laundry room and garbage disposal. Information about this is posted at each area. In case of uncertainty, contact the property owner.
- Do not throw tops, pads, paper towels/Torky, wet wipes, pads, tampons, dental floss and hair in the toilet as they cause blockages in the drain.
- At 8:00 p.m. it should be dimmed and between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. it should be quiet.
- If you as a tenant experience disturbances or that the rules of order are not followed, it is always good if you can talk to the person in question first and foremost. If this is not possible, we ask you to contact us as the landlord, via Rental issues.
We wish you a pleasant stay!
