Maintenance notes

• Dishwasher – Check that the water is turned on. Clear and clean the strainer.
  
• Washing machine – Empty the lint filter on the front, higher underside of the washing machine. Check that water is turned on.
  
• Tumble dryer – Empty the water tank after each use. Empty all dust and lint filters after each use, some machines may have several.
  
• Heating – The properties have central heating systems that are controlled by the outside temperature. When the degrees fall outside, the system starts. It can take a few days from the time the system is running until it gets warm in the apartments.
  
• General – Carefully read the instruction manual when using household appliances. They can be downloaded as PDF online.
